Terms & Conditions of V-PLUS Membership

About VIVAIA V-PLUS

A VIVAIA V-PLUS Membership is a premium paid subscription service that offers users exclusive benefits and perks.

NOTE: VIVAIA may adjust the V-PLUS membership fee and terms to facilitate business development and marketing strategies. The finalized fee and details shall be subject to the relevant V-PLUS membership page on the VIVAIA official website.

V-PLUS Membership Benefits and Perks

  • a. $50 OFF for every $300 spent on an order.
  • 01. The discount is ​stackable with no upper limit.

    For example:

    If the order amount reaches ​$300, a $50​ discount will be automatically applied.

    If the order amount reaches ​$600, a ​$100​ discount will be automatically applied.

    The discount accumulates proportionally for every additional ​$300​ spent, with ​no cap on total savings. To be eligible for the discount, ​each single order must reach a minimum of $300. Orders below $300 ​do not qualify​ for the discount. Whether the discount is available is subject to the availability displayed on the checkout page.



    02. V-PLUS Membership discounts can be stacked with V-Point rewards and promotional prices, but cannot be used with other coupons.
  • b. A free gift each month.
  • 01. Once per month, V-PLUS members can select an item from the gift list when placing an order.

    02. The free gift list will be shown on the shopping cart page, but only customers who are already subscribed with a V-PLUS membership, logged in, and have not already placed an order with a free gift during the current month can view it.

    03. If a user currently has an ​unpaid order containing a free gift, any subsequent orders placed ​within the same month​ will ​not be eligible for free gifts. In this case, the user can choose to complete payment​ for the existing unpaid order with the selected gift, or cancel the unpaid order​ and place a new order with the gift.
  • c. Early Access to website promotional events. (The specific activities are subject to notification on the VIVAIA website.)
  • d. Exclusive Members-Only Events
  • e. Dedicated Customer Service, priority handling of any issues that may arise.
  • f. A glowing V-PLUS Membership Icon to highlight your V-PLUS status.
  • NOTE: V-PLUS membership benefits are only available on the official website (www.vivaia.com) and not through other channels.

More Details

a. Account
  • Please note that your V-PLUS membership account will be the email that you fill in when purchasing the subscription. If you are a registered user of VIVAIA, your subscription will be designated to the purchasing account. Users who are ​not logged in​ will ​automatically have a VIVAIA account created​ using the ​email address linked to their PayPal account​ when purchasing V-PLUS, and their V-PLUS membership will be activated upon purchase.
b. Refund
  • For refunds of VIVAIA items purchased with a V-PLUS Membership discount, VIVAIA will only refund the actual paid amount. All V-PLUS Membership benefits and privileges shall be subject to the Conditions of Use within the subscription period.
c. V-PLUS Validity Period
  • 01. V-PLUS Membership is valid for one year (365/366 calendar days), starting from the initial subscription date. The subscription will expire automatically after this period.
  • 02. ​Renewal There is no limitation on the number of V-PLUS membership renewals that you can purchase. The V-PLUS Membership will automatically renew and continue for another subscription period after each one expires, so you can keep enjoying the benefits for as long as you want.
  • For existing V-PLUS members whose current subscription is still active, ​V-PLUS benefits will be automatically upgraded to the latest benefits when renewed during the validity period.
  • 03. V-PLUS Membership cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased
  • -If you purchase a subscription by selecting the "Pay to subscribe V-PLUS Membership" option on the checkout page, and later request a refund for the order, your V-PLUS Membership will not be canceled along with the order. You can still use the V-PLUS membership benefits for the remainder of the subscription period.
  • -When the subscription expires and you choose not to renew it, your V-PLUS membership will be canceled automatically.

  • VIVAIA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the V-PLUS membership standard of V-PLUS at any time, which may involve changes in level status and rewards. Finally, VIVAIA reserves the right to final interpretation of all rules and regulations.
