2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the items you wish to return
4. Choose your desired return/refund method
5. Download and print the return label
6. Attach the label to your return package
7. Drop off the package at your local courier store
- It may take between 2 to 3 minutes for the return label to be generated. Please ensure that you wait until the download button becomes functional before closing the browser window to avoid any difficulties.
- If you mistakenly exit the return portal after submitting the return request, please feel free to return anytime to review your submission or download the label again.

- Free return labels are currently available only for US and UK orders. However, we offer reimbursement up to 30 USD for the return shipping fee for other countries.
- Don't worry if you accidentally exit the return portal after submitting your request; you can return anytime to review your submission or return address.
Note:
1.Please do not send your return to the address on the original package as it is not the return address and may cause a delay in refund or exchange.
2. Kindly double-check returns before shipping, as we will not be held responsible for the return of non-VIVAIA products.
3. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact VIVAIA Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
If you select expedited shipping at checkout, only the in-stock item will be eligible for the faster shipping option, your pre-order item will still be shipped with standard shipping, please refer to Shipping time.
If the item has not yet shipped, please Contact Us and we will change or cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund to the original payment method where possible.
If your pre-order has been shipped or is in the shipping process we cannot exchange or cancel it.
