1.1 V-Points are valid from the payment date until December 31 of the following year.
1.2 Activity points are subject to the specific distribution time and method as stated by VIVAIA's official activities.
2.1 V-Points distribution: Points will be distributed as indicated on the completed payment page.
2.2 V-Points deductions: Based on the U.S. dollar, the ratio of distributed points to deducted points is 30:1. For example, every 30 points can deduct 1 dollar; deductions cannot be made with fewer than 30 points. For deductions in other currencies, please refer to rule 6.2.
2.3 You can choose whether to use V-Points. The deduction will automatically use the maximum available points for the current order, with the order amount reduced to as low as 1 USD.
2.4 V-Points can be combined with all other discounts. Any special circumstances will be explained on the page. Points can only be used while logged in. Points can accumulate, and users can check their point details via their VIVAIA account.
2.5 With prior agreement between you and our customer service team, and with your consent, VIVAIA may deduct points that have already been credited to your account. The specific reasons will depend on the particular situation.
3.1 There are four statuses for V-Points:
3.1.1 Pending: Points that are not available for use from orders that have not been confirmed as received.
3.1.2 Available: Points that can be used to offset the order amount; the maximum available points for the current order will be calculated at checkout. (If you initiate an order but do not complete the payment, and then proceed to pay for a second order, your available points may temporarily decrease.)
3.1.3 Used: Points that you have already used for deductions.
3.1.4 Expired: Points that are automatically deleted upon expiration.
4.1 V-Points that have been used cannot be refunded. Points used from completed payments cannot be returned, and once points are used, they cannot be refunded even if the order is canceled.
4.2 Points from incomplete payments will be automatically returned.
6.1 Based on the U.S. dollar, 30 V-points can offset an amount of 1 dollar.
6.2 The amount that can be deducted in other currencies will be calculated based on the exchange rate, as displayed on the page.
7.1 V-Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount of the physical products in the order; subsequent order items after checkout do not count towards points.
7.2 The order amount after points deduction must be at least 1 dollar. To protect your rights, VIVAIA has set up a points alert system. If your accumulation or consumption of points reaches an abnormal value (≥100,000) or if other anomalies occur, VIVAIA may temporarily freeze your points. You can communicate with customer service to confirm the situation.
