3. Discount Details

Prices are as marked. Discounts are automatically applied in the cart. No promotional code is required for the Flash Sale discount.

The applicable product price and any eligible additional discounts will be clearly shown before you place your order. If a price changes while an item is in your cart, the updated price will be displayed before you submit your order. Once your order is placed, subsequent promotional price changes will not alter the price of that order.

The First Time On Sale offer may be combined with eligible coupons, V-PLUS Membership discounts, and V-Points, subject to their respective terms.

Returns and exchanges are subject to VIVAIA’s standard Return & Exchange Policy. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Nothing in these terms or that policy limits your statutory rights, including any applicable rights of withdrawal, refund, or remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

For a partial return, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid for the returned pair, as allocated and shown in the order details after applicable discounts. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Any questions or disputes concerning these terms will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or your right to seek remedies through competent authorities or courts.
