Referral Program Rules

1. Who Can Invite Friends

Only customers who have completed at least one order are eligible to invite friends. If you have not placed an order yet, you may still view the activity page, but you will unlock referral eligibility after completing your first purchase.

2. How to Participate

You can invite friends by sharing your personal referral link. Your friend must enter the activity page through your referral link and complete the required actions on the activity page in order to qualify.

To ensure the fairness and integrity of the activity, invited friends must register with a genuine and valid email address. Upon registration, a verification email will be sent to the provided address. The friend must click the verification link within 24 hours to complete the process.

Only after successful email verification will the friend be deemed "Successfully Registered" and become eligible to claim the referral coupon. If the verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, the referral will be void; the friend will not receive the coupon, and the inviter will not be eligible for any subsequent rewards.

The use of temporary/disposable email services, fake domain emails, or bulk-generated accounts via automated means is strictly prohibited.

When initiating an invitation by entering a friend’s email address, you represent and warrant that you have obtained prior consent from said friend to do so. You must not send invitations to any unauthorized third parties.

Using this program to send unsolicited emails (SPAM) or engaging in any form of unauthorized marketing to strangers is strictly forbidden.

Should your non-compliant behavior result in complaints from third parties or lead to any legal disputes, you shall assume full legal responsibility and indemnify the platform for any resulting losses.

To ensure invited friends are aware of the source of the invitation, the activity page will display partial information of the inviter, such as your account nickname or a masked version of your registered email, for example, A***n, when the friend enters the page via your exclusive referral link. This serves to verify the authenticity of the invitation.

3. Reward for Your Friend

A friend who enters the activity page through your referral link, completes login or registration, and meets the activity requirements may claim a referral coupon. Each account may hold only one active referral coupon at a time. If there is already an unused and unexpired referral coupon in the account, a new one cannot be claimed.

4. Reward for You

You may receive the following rewards:

● Subscription Reward: when your friend completes their first eligible subscription;

● Order Reward: when your friend uses the referral coupon to place an order and the order is successfully delivered.

5. Reward Timing

The Subscription Reward will be issued after your friend successfully completes an eligible subscription.

The Order Reward will be issued after your friend places an order using the referral coupon and the order is successfully delivered.

All rewards are issued as coupons and will appear in your account once successfully granted.

6. Important Notes

You will not receive the corresponding reward if:

● your friend does not use the referral coupon when placing the order;

● the order is canceled, refunded, refused, or otherwise not completed;

● your friend is already subscribed, or the subscription does not meet the activity requirements.

7. Other Terms

Once the current referral coupon is used or expires, the next referral round may begin.

Final eligibility and reward issuance are subject to system verification.

We reserve the right to disqualify users or cancel rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of the program rules.
