Product Description
A V-Points eGift is delivered by email and can be redeemed for V-Points toward eligible online purchases on vivaia.com only. It cannot be used at physical stores or through other websites or platforms. Each eGift is redeemed at 30 V-Points per US$1. Prices in other currencies, available denominations, purchase limits, eligible products, regions, and other restrictions will be displayed on the relevant page or at checkout. Coupons, promotions, V-PLUS discounts, payment-method discounts, and V-Points cannot be applied to eGift purchases. eGift purchases do not earn V-Points.
Delivery and Redemption
A unique redemption code will be sent to the email address provided. The recipient must sign in to a VIVAIA account and redeem the eGift in full. Each code may be used only once, and credited V-Points cannot be transferred.
Using V-Points
Every 30 V-Points provides US$1 in redemption value. Any remaining order balance must be paid using another available payment method. V-Points are deducted in the order credited, with the earliest-acquired V-Points used first, regardless of how they were obtained. V-Points from an eGift do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Cancellations and Refunds
Except as required by applicable law, eGift purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds for purchases paid with V-Points will ordinarily be returned as V-Points. Other amounts will be refunded under VIVAIA's Return and Refund Policy.
Security and Misuse
Please keep your eGift and redemption code secure and promptly report any loss, theft, or unauthorized use to support@vivaia.com. VIVAIA may suspend or reverse affected codes, V-Points, or transactions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, payment reversal, or error, subject to applicable law.
