V-Points Days Terms & Conditions

The V-Points Days promotion is valid from July 16, 2026 through July 19, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Earning V-Points

1. Bonus V-Points may be earned by completing eligible tasks available during the Promotion Period.

2. Purchases of selected products marked as 2X V-Points will earn double the standard V-Points amount during the Promotion Period.

3. Returned, canceled, or refunded orders may result in the removal of any V-Points earned from those purchases.

Unlock Rewards with V-Points

1. During the Promotion Period, eligible members may redeem spin chances for rewards.

2. Rewards are distributed randomly according to the prize pool configuration.

3. Rewards obtained through V-Points redemption are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

4. Once V-Points have been redeemed for a spin or reward, the redemption cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

General

1. Customers must have a registered VIVAIA account and be logged in to participate.

2. Users on the V-Points blacklist are not eligible to earn or redeem V-Points and may not participate in this promotion.

3. VIVAIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

4. Any abuse, fraud, or violation of the VIVAIA Rewards Program Terms may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of earned V-Points.

5. VIVAIA reserves the right to make the final determination in the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding these terms, and will do so in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
