Our flats are crafted with durable fly-knit uppers, most of which are machine-washable for easy maintenance.
Remove the laces and any accessories. If the insoles are removable, take them out as well. Place the shoes in a laundry bag and wash them separately using cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C) on a gentle cycle. Air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight or heat.
We use very rich eco-friendly dyes to create our unique and vibrant Ruby Red/Navy/Burgundy lined plaid colors. We recommend pairing these shoes with dark or matching colored socks when wearing them to avoid the possibility of color transfer.

Shoes with Accessories (e.g., anklets, charms)
Always remove accessories before washing to prevent them from snagging or damaging the machine. Avoid letting metal parts come into contact with detergent to prevent fading or dullness.
Shoes with Decorative Details (e.g., studs, sequins, beads, embroidery)
Machine washing is not recommended, as embellishments may loosen or detach. Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth to keep them clean.
Dark-Colored Styles (e.g., Navy, Black, Burgundy)
Wash separately and less frequently. Slight color fading during washing is normal due to the use of high-concentration plant dyes. Frequent washing may cause the color to lighten.
Shoes with Velcro or Metal Buckles
Always use a laundry bag and limit machine washes. Velcro may snag the fabric, and metal parts can scratch the shoe or the washing machine interior.
Non-Removable Insoles (e.g., Melinda, Natalie, Nia, Nelly)
Machine washable, but we recommend less frequent cleaning to prevent insole wear.
Light-Colored Styles (e.g., White, Beige, Cream)
Avoid direct sunlight after washing to prevent yellowing caused by heat oxidation.
Tip: Lay a wet white tissue over the upper while drying — it helps prevent discoloration and keeps the color fresh and bright.

Our boots feature refined craftsmanship — structured silhouettes, supportive layered soles, insulated linings, and water-repellent uppers — combining elegance with practicality.
Please note: Except for Urban Boots, other boot styles are not machine washable.
We don’t recommend home washing, as it may damage the materials or structure. For best results, send them to a professional cleaner to extend their lifespan.
Machine washable, but try to reduce washing frequency.
Remove laces, insoles, and accessories before cleaning. Place in a laundry bag, use cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C) and a gentle cycle. Air dry naturally, avoiding heat or sunlight.
Light Colors: Cover with a wet white tissue while drying to prevent yellowing and keep colors bright.
Dark Colors: Wash separately and less frequently. Minor fading is normal due to eco-friendly dye content; excessive washing may cause colors to lighten slightly.

Our loafers fall into three main categories:
Classic loafers — thick outsoles with eco-friendly velvet or knit uppers.
Extra-cushioned loafers — EVA foam soles paired with fly-knit uppers.
Low-heel loafers (<3cm) — lightweight styles in flexible knit.
Most loafers are machine washable; however, certain styles such as Luciana, Francesca, Liana, and Eloise are not suitable for machine washing due to their sole construction.

Our sneaker collections come in four main styles:
Ballet-inspired Sneakers — crafted from satin or nylon blends for a graceful look.
Breathable Everyday Sneakers — fly-knit or mesh-knit construction for lightness and ventilation.
Elegant Sneakers — satin-accented designs blending sportiness with urban polish.
Comfort All-Day Sneakers — supportive yet flexible styles for multi-occasion wear.
Except for Casey, all sneakers are machine washable.
Satin-Fabric Styles: Hand wash is preferred. Avoid soaking or harsh scrubbing to preserve sheen. If machine washing, use a laundry bag, gentle cycle, cold water (below 30°C), and air dry in shade. Store in a cool, dry place in a breathable bag instead of a sealed plastic one.
Fly-Knit or Mesh Styles: Machine washable. Remove laces, place in a laundry bag, and wash on a gentle cycle (you may include a towel to reduce friction). Air dry naturally and stuff the shoes with clean paper or a towel to maintain shape.
Nylon Blends: Machine washable but limit the frequency. Use cold or lukewarm water (≤30°C), a gentle cycle, and mild detergent. Include a few towels in the wash to reduce impact. Avoid bleach, hot water, or heavy spin cycles that could damage the fibers or color.
Chunky Sole Sneakers: Remove insoles before washing. Use a laundry bag and gentle cycle, and always air dry. Avoid heat or sunlight to prevent sole deformation.

Because of their structured heels and complex construction, all heels and sandals are not suitable for machine washing. To clean, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth and store in a cool, ventilated area.

Mules are machine washable but should be washed gently, at low temperature, and with protective care.
Wipe off dirt and spot-clean before placing in a laundry bag. Wash with a few towels to balance the load.
After washing, lay flat to air dry naturally — do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight. For faux-fur styles, brush gently after drying to restore softness and fluffiness.
